The Concilium International Health and Tropical Medicine (CIGT) is the NSGH's standing advisory body on IG physician training and other matters related to the safeguarding, promotion and development of global health and the professional practice of IG physicians KNMG. The CIGT serves as the central training committee of the NSGH.
In de agenda are the dates for upcoming meetings.

Participation training through working groups and the CIGT
The NSGH has a number of working groups where departmental members unite to exchange knowledge, organise meetings and make a substantive contribution to IG medical training from their own area of expertise. To ensure the latter, delegates from the working groups sit on the CIGT. Trainers and other interested parties can thus use these working groups as a platform to provide input to the training.
AIG Training Plan Review Committee (CHOA)
Currently, the CIGT is working on the National Training Plan (LOP) 2025. The AIG Training Plan Revision Committee (CHOA) has been set up for this purpose. The CHOA includes delegates from the working groups, as representatives on behalf of the trainers, as well as a representative on behalf of the OIG, the NTC, the curricular education, TROIE (the association for AIG in training) and the public health profession. For the terms of reference of the CHOA, see below.
As input for the new training plan, two learning needs assessments were conducted on behalf of the CIGT, see files below for the results. It also uses the report on public health education in training, commissioned by the NSGH's Health Care and Development Working Group (GEO).
